Oxygen Absorbers
We manufacture, export and supply FRESH-O, which are specifically designed to absorb all oxygen occurring within the packaging of food products. In addition to keeping the food fresh, our FRESH-O helps to preserve its original taste and color. Oxygen levels can be reduced to less than 0.01% with the help of our FRESH-O.
We maintain the freshness, flavors and stability of packaged products by inhibiting oxygen-induced degradation. A properly sealed pouch containing these preservative-free absorbent pouches will significantly extend the shelf life of packaged food products because the pouches create an anaerobic environment inside the packaging. To ensure fresh and safe products reach consumers, shelf life is a key consideration when packaging processed foods.
Fresh-O helps in modifying the storage atmosphere and hence delays the spoilage in food and pharma products.
The new oxygen absorber should be placed inside of a clean, dry airtight container with the food product. A container must have an airtight seal that prevents oxygen from entering from the outside.
